Quantify your molecule of interest by LC-MS/MS
Are you looking to quantify your molecule, peptide, protein and/or bioconjugate of interest with high precision and reproducibility? If so, the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) quantification mode will get you the highest level of precision and sensitivity! Using our state-of-the-art TripleTOF 5600 mass spectrometer, we will quantify your molecules of interest with high accuracy, in almost any matrix. This application is ideal for bioanalysis and DMPK (drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics) studies. Although it is not always used for proteomics studies, MRM can also be useful to study proteins with a higher degree of precision. Combined to the right method development protocol, MRM can give very fine details about the expression levels of your protein(s) of interest.
